The project consists of a new-build hotel and retail area in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, which overlooks and the view of King Fahd’s Fountain, the corniche (a 30km coastal resort area) and the Jeddah Flagpole.

This mixed-use development is 71, 900 m² BUA and consist of a hotel with 148 guest rooms, 291 apartments, food and beverage outlets, a retail area, recreational spaces and meeting rooms.
The design approach of the hotel was conceived and visualized based on connectivity towards the city and its context.
A central retail hub at the heart of the development will act as a dynamic destination for guests, residences and visitors.
The hotel and branded residents are conceived as one evolving tower around the retail hub and rising as a sculptural icon in the city. The towers are designed to give maximum views towards the main attractions around the site and history of the prominent city.
