Mass Transformation
Urban Tree, represents the concept of blending civilization advancement and sustainability. It symbolizes Mandiri’s commitment to sustainability, encompassing not only the sustainability of banking business through digitization but also environmental sustainability in accordance with the spirit of the times.
Organic and Growing
Humans are accustomed to organic forms as they are accustomed to seeing organic shapes in their living environment, such as trees, water, clouds, and other natural elements. Organic forms have become something that is unconsciously easy for the human eye to perceive and remember. These organic forms can also be seen as symbols of growth due to their unfinished and incomplete nature, thereby inspiring a sense of optimism in those who observe them.
Similarly, the design of this building is expected to be easily comprehensible by the community that observes it, and to remember this building as a symbol of Bank Mandiri’s progress optimism, much like a tree that will continuously grow, develop, and bear fruit.
Inclusive
As a reflection of Bank Mandiri’s commitment to being closer to its customers, this building provides public spaces that are accessible to all segments of the society. The non-exclusive nature of the building fosters a sense of proximity between the company and the community. Open spaces on the sides of the building serve as workspaces or community areas, allowing the building to be remembered and enjoyed by the entire community.
