The client gave us a clear brief regarding design standards, they require clean lines, simple but elegant look, corporate standard hospital with facilities for patients and their relatives.
Facilities such as wi-fi for the public, Pneumatic transfer system (PTS), Pathology Lab, CT scan, Café were addon requirements given by the client to fit in 38000 sq ft premises.
Hygiene is the first priority of the client and maintenance-free infrastructure is the basic requirement given.
For ICU, Dialysis and Operation theater brief was to have a full view of all patient beds to nurses or attendants. ICU colors should be decent as per industry standards and material used should be dust-free, stain-free and easy to clean.
