By simplifying the buidlings core and drafting the whole plan system on strict building modules, we allow ressources to be utilized where they have the highest impact on the quality of life of the future residents. Our small modular grid allows for wood construction, while creating exceptional communal spaces for the residents on the roofs and within the central courtyard.
