Architecture & Exploitation

Very often we hear stories of exploitation in architecture offices where people are made to work till late hours and night outs are very common. The sad part is the community has made this as fashion and feel proud of it while it simply indicates something is very wrong with the system. Either the team working on project has less people than required, or the efficiency is low as people are not able to work in time. Either of the reason is, architects end up exploited with less income and more working hours. It’s the time that this needs to be changed.
