The layout is meticulously zoned to balance high-energy collaboration with deep focus:
- The Collaborative Core: Open-plan workstations featuring rounded wood tops and acoustic dividers to maintain transparency without the noise.
- The Focus Ecosystem: Integrated soundproof pods and phone booths dedicated to “Deep Work” and private concentration.
- The Social Anchor: A Break Area and VIP Lounge utilizing biophilic principles and organic furniture to provide a mental “reset.”
