Rather than separating residents from the urban environment, it softens intensity and creates moments of comfort, quiet, and reflection. Guided by Timeless Elegance, the design emphasizes proportion, material quality, and spatial sequence over visual trends. Elevated outdoor living enables residents to experience the beauty of greenery, water, and open air while remaining connected to the surrounding skyline.

Design Strategies

The landscape is organized vertically to maximize limited space and respond to varying levels of urban exposure. Each layer offers a distinct outdoor experience, transitioning from enclosure and calm to openness and panoramic views. Together, these spaces support daily activities, social interaction, and mental well-being.

At ground level, the landscape creates a protected arrival experience. Granite walls, mature trees, and layered planting reduce noise and visual disturbance from the street. A Reflection Pond anchors the space and helps cool the microclimate.

This level supports quiet activities such as short walks, sitting by the water, or pausing before entering the building. Shaded seating and clear circulation encourage slow movement and emotional transition into the residential environment.

The seventh floor serves as the main shared outdoor living space. Elevated above street activity, it accommodates a range of social and recreational uses while maintaining comfort and privacy.

Terraces and gently sloped lawns support informal gatherings, casual conversations, and children’s play. A central Fountain Pond connects indoor and outdoor spaces, while BBQ areas and lounge seating encourage community interaction. Clear circulation allows different activities to coexist within a limited area.

The rooftop is dedicated to wellness and relaxation, offering uninterrupted panoramic city views in all directions. Elevated high above the city, it opens fully to the skyline and open sky.

The Pool Lounge is surrounded by a lap pool, spa pools, a jacuzzi, massage beds, and a kids pool, arranged to maximize outward views. Planting softens sun and wind without blocking sightlines, supporting rest, exercise, and quiet enjoyment of the city. Simple spatial composition and clear proportions express a lasting sense of elegance.
