The concept is based on the footprint of a ring with a  diameter of about 500m. This ring is forming a landmark also orchestrated with light which can be perceived also from a plane.

This footprint or ‘building zone’ is programmed as a pedestrian zone with only electric carts for infrastructural care and disposal. the ring is tilted according to the slope of the mountain. In the lower part, it becomes a building structure itself and is bridging the existing levels.

This bigger building structure is housing a sports hall, a fitness centre, a shopping centre, a swimming hall, a cinema and a shopping centre. All care and disposal transport is hidden in underground tunnels and is distributed via elevators and electric carts on the ring`s surface.

The building on the rings surface is configured in different zones. From the high activity zone (restaurants, shopping, gondola station, bigger hotel and apartment structures) to the low activity zone (chalets with single or double occupation, wellness and sauna huts etc)

Through this configuration as a ring in the landscape – the landscape can be perceived from every point of the ring. As you look inside or outside the ring you are always right in front of the nature.

The ring surface of the ring is designed in nature and orchestrated with light. It offers a size which can be detected from passing aero-planes.
