Naberezhnye Chelny – the city, the second for the importance, after Kazan in the Republic of Tatarstan. There is the biggest plant of trucks (KAMAZ) here. Future museum will be is located in historical part of the Naberezhnye Chelny. The historical arrangement, the main mosque in the city, the river will attract tourists and residents. The Museum of Modern Art will allow to create an educational and cultural platform where it will be possible to hold large-scale exhibitions, workshops and various projects. The museum will serve as the catalyst for growth of Naberezhnye Chelny, which is one of the main centers of concentration of cultural, educational and medical institutions in Tatarstan.

The museum consists of three main blocks and two minor. The first main block- exposition part. There will also be a repository and administration. The second main block-it is school. It is an educational platform in which various master classes, workshops and lectures, daily occupations, and also outdoor activities will be given. The purpose of this school will be to renew interest of the younger generation in the modern art.
The third main block will connect school and the museum between themselves- library. It will be the vacation spot, as for pupils after classes at school, and to visitors of the museum after viewing of exhibits. Two other minor blocks cafes and lecture hall. The museum except the closed exposition halls has also the open areas for installation ,which flow to the embankment. Creation of the embankment and preservation of the surrounding territory will also allow to attract people and to create a peculiar park. Interior design is solved in style hi-tech, in light and natural tones.
In an interior various grades of trees, a natural stone, marble. The form of the building repeats natural forms, therefore to the person will be comfortably and be guided in the museum. This construction will be not only “Museum of Modern Art”, but also the center of any art in the Naberezhnye Chelny what it would not be, in any its embodiments.
