Ancient, contemporary, and future space-related sites could constitute the backbone of a Pan American Hypercommunication system. This transit network could originate from the Atacama Observatory in Chile, traversing stops like Nasca, Machu Picchu in Peru, and Chichen Itza in Yucatan—locales historically linked to celestial aspirations. Continuing through Starbase, envisaged as the future epicenter of space exploration, the route culminates at the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral.

The proposed Starbase hyperloop station, positioned at Brownsville Airport, would serve as a pivotal intermodal hub. From there, an elevated rapid transit system could seamlessly connect Downtown Brownsville to Starbase and Boca Chica. This elevated mass transit system signifies a departure from conventional transportation methods, embracing a greener, solar-powered mode of connectivity.

It pioneers a novel approach to land use, exemplified by the North Indiana Avenue and Boca Chica Boulevard intersection, which is to be submerged below ground level, enabling the amalgamation of four plots into a unifier Starbase complex. Vertical expansion minimizes soil disturbance, creating a habitat not just for humanity but for diverse animal species. It signifies a paradigm shift in urban planning, recognizing our interconnectedness with wider ecosystems. Envisioned as part of a continuous Rio Grande Park, Starbase fosters urban corridors conducive to the flourishing of various species. In this era of space exploration, respect for all species, both known and unknown, emerges as a fundamental tenet.
