Inspired by Moe’s original concept of Musicians, Outlaws, and Entertainers, my partner and I designed a traveling pop-up restaurant that reintroduced this identity. For the first half of the quarter, our studio teamed up with SCAD Advertising seniors and completed a SWOT analysis, target market, and full advertising mock-up for Moe’s.
Architects: Alyssa Casey And Adele Ignatuk
Status: Concept
For the next five weeks my partner and I developed the concept of “unwrapped” and designed the pop-up to be completely deconstructed and then reassembled upon delivery. Much like a band or artist on tour, our pop-up traveled to the top ten college cities in America, delivering Tex-Mex cuisine to our target market.
The structure has a similar flow as a traditional fast food restaurant. Moe’s pop-up restaurant has many key features that keep the customer interested. Such as a crackled mirrored “selfie wall” which allows the customers to have a fun waiting experience. There are also two seating areas: the first is located under a trellis, while the second level offers a more unique outdoor option with a stage featuring live music.
