The common areas were conceived as an extension of the project’s central idea: translating music into architecture. Like a musical composition, each space is organized through rhythm and cadence, alternating moments of fluidity, pause, and intensity.

The design prioritizes integration and well-being, articulating environments that connect naturally with each other and with the landscape. The social lounge and reception areas act as opening notes, setting the tone of lightness and hospitality.
The wellness space represents a more introspective counterpoint — a quiet retreat shaped by texture, soft light, and balance. The gym embodies energy and movement, defined by transparency and visual connection to the exterior, while the children’s area offers a playful variation, encouraging creativity and freedom.
Natural materials, generous proportions, and light — treated as a compositional element — reinforce an atmosphere of harmony and continuity. The result is a sequence of spaces that, much like a well-crafted song, unite technical precision and sensitivity, offering an architectural experience that is functional, immersive, and timeless.
