Large open areas are oriented in a way that artificial lighting and air conditioning are minimized for most of the day. There is a green island (oasis) at the entry, a planted slope that welcomes visitors with the extra gift of a majestic view of the city of México as a backdrop.
A careful selection of materials resulted in a combination of innovative, certified materials, chosen under a strict sustainability criteria. A PVC-stretched ceiling at the operations areas distributes the light evenly, interrupted only by geometric cones that descend into the open spaces and house technical installations such as focussed lighting, surround sound system and fire-fighting devices. The uncomplicated installation of the stretched ceiling is part of a straightforward overall maintenance of the offices. A balanced combination of function and beauty is achieved and the users and visitors enjoy a truly comfortable environment that is both healthy and efficient.
