The project aims to lead by example in showcasing how we can build efficient, durable and beautiful buildings that are both respectful of their environment and socially responsible. We believe in a future where sustainability, quality and harmony in the built environment are accessible to all and for which the Columbus Gateway project can be a blueprint.

By simplifying the buidlings core and drafting the whole plan system on strict building modules, we allow ressources to be utilized where they have the highest impact on the quality of life of the future residents. Our small modular grid allows for wood construction, while creating exceptional communal spaces for the residents on the roofs and within the central courtyard.
